Jacqueline Houston
Jacqueline Houston is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Ordained Minister, and the founder of Transitions Counseling, LLC. With over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, she is passionate about helping individuals and families navigate life’s transitions with grace, strength, and spiritual clarity. Jacqueline brings a distinctive blend of clinical insight and faith-based guidance, offering her clients a supportive space to process change, overcome challenges, and cultivate God-centered relationships.
As a wife of 28 years and mother of four, Jacqueline draws from a rich personal journey that has taught her the value of patience, resilience, and the power of a listening ear. Her practice is rooted in a holistic, character-based approach that focuses on the spiritual growth and emotional well-being of each client. Whether guiding individuals through grief, life transitions, or family dynamics, Jacqueline integrates her counseling expertise and ministry background to walk with clients through every season of change.

Christopher Houston
Christopher M. Houston, is a published author, nonprofit founder, and former chaplain known for his compassionate leadership and community-centered vision. For over 20 years, he served in clinical and correctional chaplaincy, helping individuals and families navigate life’s most challenging transitions with hope and dignity.
He spent the latter part of his career as the National Faith-Based Reentry Coordinator for the Federal Bureau of Prisons in Washington, D.C., where he supported reentry programming for 122 federal prisons and led the development of the nationwide Community Reentry Network (CRN). Earlier in his career, he served as Chaplain and Department Head for Religious Services at the C.A. Dillon Youth Development Center and completed chaplain residency at Duke University Medical Center.
Christopher also founded Bridge of Life Ministries and Bridge of Life Community Fellowship Church alongside his wife, Jacqueline. Married for over 28 years and parents to four young adults, they have worked side by side to build bridges of reconciliation, healing, and faith. Guided by the belief that transformation begins with love, Christopher continues to inspire others to reach, reconcile, and restore.

Marcus Peerman
Marcus Peerman is a life coach with a strong foundation in counseling, mentorship, and personal development. With experience in both school counseling and industrial engineering, he blends structured problem-solving with deep emotional insight.
